An International Alliance of local Community Action Councils (CACs)
GTN is in over 50 nations, working with leaders to help them transform their nations for Christ.

Although major leaders from every continent are the most important for the movement, the International team is led by Dennis Peacocke and Mark Beliles
(based in USA).
It is part of the Statesmen Project.
We believe the Bible contains the principles and guidelines for every sphere of life. To the degree that nations apply those principles, liberty, justice and prosperity comes to its citizens regardless of religion, race, gender or class.
We believe Jesus Christ especially wants His followers to “go and disciple all the nations” (Matthew 28:19). To win souls for heaven and build churches is of first priority, but then Jesus expressed His desire for results (i.e. “signs” to follow us, Mark 16:17,18) in the nations, namely transformation of spiritual, intellectual, political, financial, and social areas of society.
To accomplish this our strategy is to train and connect leaders in local communities all across a nation in seven strategic spheres of cultural influence:
We are a collaborative global community of Christian leaders, churches and organizations working to accelerate transformation in our nations through long-term comprehensive 7-sphere action based on a Biblical worldview.
The global alliance is led by Dennis Peacocke and Mark Beliles. Watch their videos at left to learn more.

Our 5 Step Strategy

Our organization is much more focused on developing a deep Scriptural basis for the big mission of “making disciples of the nations” (Matt 28) than many other groups that care about various social concerns. So we always emphasize first in-depth teaching from the Bible on the core purpose and principles and best-practices for the key parts of a nation.

But besides teaching on these things, we then work with leaders in a coaching style that helps them to come together as a united team with a long-term strategic plan that truly will transform their city. Having done this now for 35 years in over 50 countries, we have found from experience that when people develop a long-term plan and unify to work as a team on those goals, then nations have really seen major impact. It may not show up in the next election, but it shows up within several years and certainly in the next generation.

We developed materials in print & video. These transformation tools are available as well as self-assessment tools to help leaders discover where they need to grow and improve.

Community Action CouncilsStatesmen CAC Overview
We recognize that real transformation happens locally. Our approach is not by centralizing everything, but by by empowering leaders where they are. In the Bible, the “Elders in the gates” managed their cities. Today we help pastors, business leaders and ministry activists to come together regularly to pray for their cities, its leaders and then address the social issues created by social fragmentation. The goal is to connect and mobilize leaders in practical service and projects that exalt Jesus Christ in a multi-jurisdictional way, based on Biblically based research, and Holy Spirit inspired, "proven-to-work" solutions. Hope Taylor is the North America facilitator of CACs and also assists CACs globally. OUR STORY
The Global Transformation Network is part of a worldwide movement of God that began emerging around the turn of the millennium.
The Global Transformation Network is part of a worldwide movement of God that began emerging around the turm of the millennium. Christian leaders began to rise in various places to help restore, heal and bless their nations. They began to connect and form networks almost simultaneously in different global regions. Dennis Peacocke of California, after already working with leaders for two decades, formed The Statesmen Project in 2006 and especially focused on developing Community Action Councils in many nations. Dr. Mark Beliles of Virginia, formed a similar Global Transformation Network in 2004 after a decade of work with leaders. These two began working closely together and now function as one team and organization. The Global Transformation Network is an International Alliance of Community Action Councils operating under the Statesmen Project. Beliles has visited over 60 nations and especially networks leaders together. GTN works in partnership with other similar networks such as the Transform World, Disciple Nations Alliance, International Coalition of Apostolic Leaders, and others. Dennis Peacocke, and the Statesmen Project, has materials, schools and events that serves the international alliance. [See our map and contact us to find someone near you.]
