“The worldview of the Bible is the “new tongue” that the world needs to hear. When God’s truths are declared by the church into the culture, people are united to do good and the forces of evil at work in the marketplace of ideas are defeated.

To speak God’s tongue in a culture, the church must learn the biblical worldview for all of life and speak it with relevance and simplicity, even to unbelievers. Christians must learn to speak the Bible’s truth without having to quote chapter and verse. Making the message plain in a language that anyone can appreciate transforms nations.

Taking God’s Word outside of religious circles and into the culture using every means of communication, every opportunity, and every avenue of education, media, and the arts is the missional model of the church. Faithfulness to the Great Commission of Christ can be measured by speaking a biblical language into a godless culture.”
